  • Proactively assisting in the development of the marketing and sales department by introducing new technologies to improve the overall workflow. 

  • Identifying the target market and assessing their behavior on social media to gauge which platforms  to advertise through. Managing the development of and creating the content for all social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube). 

  • Creating global marketing content for press releases, articles, and websites. Utilizing the Adobe Suite to create graphics for both print and web ads, social media sites, and websites. 

  • Collaborating internationally with team members to create presentations for business meetings with potential customers.

  • Conceptualized, designed, and launched a career connection site (www.careers.tukatech.com). This site serves as a platform where Tukatech customers who are looking to hire can connect with job seekers who are trained software operators. 180+ trained operators and 30+ Tukatech users have signed up to use the service.  
    Coordinated and attended various trade shows, seminars, events (SOURCING at MAGIC, Texprocess Americas, Sourcing at LA Textile).

  • Assisted CEO on consulting projects. Traveled internationally (India, China, Sri Lanka, Vietnam) to meet with potential and existing customers. Analyzed the workflow in apparel factories and worked with CEO to re-engineer their processes. Developed Standard Operating Procedures for implementation of our technologies into customer’s business model

TESL TEACHER | REAL ENGLISH TEACHERS| JULY 2013

  • Spent two weeks in JinHua, China teaching 250 Chinese students a day with nine other American teachers.

  • Taught high frequency English vocabulary to facilitate language usage and initiate instinctual "thinking in English" skills.

  • Assisted students in further developing authentic English usage for real communication.

  • Created a curriculum with unique themes for each of the 15 days and taught students in an interactive manner.
